Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide for orders above 200€.

We can offer our products to companies in The EU as VAT-exempt intracommunity supply of goods if a valid VAT-number is indicated. Please contact sales@instrumentsofthings.com for this.

All orders are shipped from our headquarter in Kiel, Germany. When your order is placed we will email you an order confirmation.

Customers are personally responsible for customs duties, brokerage & clearance entry fees in addition to shipping costs. Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. We ship your package according to international commerce term EX WORKS (EXW). When shipping to EU we charge 19 % VAT, for units shipped outside of EU the customer is responsible for paying the tax.This means that, upon checkout, we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders shipped outside the European Union. All shipments outside the EU will be shipped once a week.

Orders (when not preorder) should be shipped within 2 weeks after the order has been received. We will contact you if there's a delay. For special shipping conditions or shorter delivery times, please contact us by email via sales@instrumentsofthings.com

If your package arrives damaged in shipping or with missing content please report this immediately with the courier or at the latest within 14 days of arrival. Please provide photo documentation. Claims filed later than this are not accepted.

All shipping costs of a return shipment are borne by the customer, except in the case of a technical defect or similar.
